THE FOUNDATION
The year of trial and error. We spent these months underwater testing different techniques and learning which coral species were the most resilient. It was a steep learning curve, but it’s where we perfected the methods we use today.
First Nursery
Building our Alpha prototype. We moved from theory to action, creating the first modular nurseries to protect young fragments and give them a head start.
Growing Network
Expanding across the Philippines. We moved from isolated trials to a high-precision operational rhythm, reaching a milestone of 800+ resilient fragments returned to the reef every single month. This consistent 'heartbeat' is now the foundation for a scalable, long-term recovery across our entire partner network.

Launching the RG-OS Dashboard. Now, our partners can see exactly how their reef is thriving through live data and transparent health tracking.
