01. GOVERNANCE_AGREEMENT
Access to the Reef Guardian Platform constitutes a deterministic agreement to abide by these Terms of Service. This framework ensures the integrity of our ecological data and the safety of our operational protocols.
02. INTELLECTUAL_ASSETS
All scientific data, telemetry, 3D reef models, and operational methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of the Reef Guardian Platform. Unauthorized duplication or utilization of these assets outside of sanctioned partnership agreements is strictly prohibited.
03. PARTNER_CONDUCT
Partners and users are required to maintain technical precision in all reporting submitted to the registry. Submitting falsified data or engaging in actions that compromise maritime safety will result in immediate termination of platform access.
04. LIABILITY_LIMITS
While we strive for absolute accuracy in our ecological predictive models, Reef Guardian assumes no liability for natural variance or unforeseen maritime conditions that may impact restoration outcomes. Operation in marine environments involves inherent risks.
05. PROTOCOL_MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to iterate upon these terms as new scientific evidence or logistical requirements emerge. Continued utilization of the platform registry following protocol updates constitutes acceptance of the modified framework.
